Consistent with the company’s vision and measured by experience, the foundation of Baker Restaurant Equipment and Service is laid by founder, Eric Baker. Eric’s experience includes nearly a decade of extensive diagnostic and repair on every kind of commercial restaurant equipment. Additionally, Eric has gained a high level of understanding of the inner workings of this type of firm. This experience included pricing, preventative maintenance structures, staffing, labor costs
and parts management.
Eric has been awarded the Master Technician Certification from the Commercial Food
Equipment Service Association (CFESA). After rigorous exams, only the best technicians
are awarded Certificates of Excellence in electricity, gas, steam and refrigeration.
We live and work right here in Northeast Florida. We’re your neighbors and we believe
